      Pros

      Great Family friendly environment. Very through training with knowledgeable staff. Many 20+ year employees/management. Proper security measures and backups for busy season.

      Cons

      Seasonal employment quadruples employee overhead. Inflation and supply chain has increased product costs/value. Customer base over the age of 50 with limited market segment growth and new customer acquisition solely based in word of mouth.

      The job itself is fine

      Cons

      Don’t even know where to start with this. Non-existent middle and upper management. Allow terrible employees to run loose and create an unbelievably toxic work environment for EVERYONE around them despite being constantly late to work and written up MULTIPLE times. Just bad…….VERY bad! The hardworking, reliable employees are ignored and taken for granted. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy torturing yourself.
