You will work with amazing peers. This is your dream job if: you like that dread of going to work, that feeling in your stomach that makes you physically sick, and you like to work where your supervisors actively look for ways to fire you.

Cons

Management does not support/appreciate the employees. Company HR dept does not help the employees in situations and conversations with them are not confidential. You think you will be working at a credit union, but you will be working at a big bank who treats you like a number that is easily replaced. You are not allowed to give constructive feedback. They say that they are there for you, but they aren't. There is a 'good ole boys club' who does whatever they want. The employee handbook states they use a PIP system, but you will not get any PIPs. Colorado is an At-Will employment state so they just fire you. This department does not believe in or practice the culture and values that the rest of the credit union does. If you like that dread of going to work, that feeling in your stomach that makes you physically sick, and where your supervisors actively look for ways to fire you, this is your dream job.
