A small business operates in rumors and innuendo

Office location with a nice view

Cons

Poor management team, which operates based on rumors and innuendo, the very strange feelings of job insecurity and unhealthy relationships among employees makes Entech the worst working place that I have ever seen. The way how they treat some of their employees are barbaric, illegal, and disgusting. They also terminate contracts without notice. Forget about benefits, their health insurance is horrible, it drains your paycheck.

Some good social functions to make up for lack of payment

You are expected to pay out of pocket for manyexpenses and never reimbursed! Pay is not on time!!!Billing does not help!!! Why do I have to spend so much money to do my job when I am already paid so little!!! Raises are nonexistent, limited number of field equipment, hazardwear is outdated! Healthcare is deducted from pay! NO VISION NO DENTAL EITHER!! Managers keep president in the dark about field conditions and their own failings!!! She should be notified!!!!
