Pros

Mainly nice people in the management. Easy and they are decent. If you are one that work in their industry they will work with you as well.

Cons

There is nothing fancy there. the salary is bare minimum. The benefits are non existing. There is no bonus. There is no professional relationship. They don't know how a professional relationship is built. There is no progress. If you do your job so good, or you just be a mediocre employee, there is no difference. No progress allowed.

Pros

This is an efficient meanwhile dynamic company. Motivated and smart employees will stay and move up but seriously not a good place if you are lazy, inefficient and trying to get rewarded by keeping complaining.

Cons

Lack of communication between supervisors and field staff.

Pros

There are a lot of opportunities to work on different projects. There is a lot to learn and many knowledgeable people to learn from. I am quite happy with management and have not had any real issues as of yet.

Cons

Sometimes the office can be a little loud
