Pros

Management is big on allowing techs to expand their knowledge base by shadowing other techs. Management cares about employee growth

Cons

Division of responsibilities means sometimes things that end clients need gets lost in the gaps. Management is keen to address this though.

Unlimited PTO Free snacks Hybrid work option (when management is in a good mood)

Cons

This place is a waking nightmare of toxic culture. They boast that they run as lean as possible so everyone is overworked, upset and burnt out. Extremely high turnover. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
