Company is going down hill

Pros

The company has good culture when everyone isn’t so stressed. Good participation in community events, unlimited PTO.

Cons

The company has focused more on maximizing profit than taking care of their employees. Employees are overworked due to being massively understaffed and not being able to keep new people. Morale is at an all time low.

Snacks Never really had a problem asking for time off

Cons

Low Pay Bad training No follow up some a lot of things they said they would do. Example: L10 meetings.
