Reasonably good company culture; attempts are consistently made to be a better employer Plenty of talented employees, Experienced management Great company vision Pleasant owners

Cons

Axed Training Program, no bonuses/raises for addtl certification No Exit Interview Work expectations spiraled out of control Company growing considerably faster than hiring new talent Filling positions with green employees in positions requiring considerable knowledge No periodic reviews Middling/Sub-average compensation growth HR Out of touch with industry Greed took over at this company

Pros

Some of the sharpest, most insightful, and hardworking people you will ever meet. Strong leadership team, great company culture, and growth oriented. The company's success is not an accident; it is the result of thoughtful, intentional goal setting and plan execution.

Cons

As a growing company, there are sustained periods of rapid change. I wouldn't say it's a con really, just be ready for a lot of growth, both professionally and personally.

We just merged with another wonderful company and we are still working on becoming a cohesive unit. Be we will get there!
