Pros

The company has a very clear strategy for year over year and future growth and ensuring the right people are in the right seats. They celebrate success and overcome obstacles as a team. I feel very fortunate to have worked at a company with a strong culture.

Cons

Only con is a personal preference as the commute was long.

Pros

Entech is a fantastic place to work. You are treated like family and they go above and beyond to help you grow professionally. Entech is also run by fantastic leaders who's open door policy and transparency give you the feeling that no one is left behind. Their are no ego's here. We all want what's best for each other. I feel at home here.

Cons

A growing company goes through ups and downs. Nothing stands out as a major red flag. If you love IT and helping people do what matters then you will be built for success here.

Best Company Ever

Pros

The culture is very positive, caring, and so many people have gone out of their way to help me. The company truly cares about your career and where you want to go. It’s not often that you feel that the company you work for actually cares about you, but Entech genuinely does. The managers have so many conversations with you about what motivates you to help you achieve your goals. One of the best things about Entech is that they are very team oriented and if you’re struggling with an issue everyone will pull together to help get it resolved. As cliché as it sounds it is a legit teamwork makes the dream work environment. As soon as COVID-19 happened, Entech took it very seriously and implemented a mandatory work-from-home policy. Our health and safety as well as our clients came first, and I felt extremely lucky our company had the opportunity to make that decision. I feel valued, heard, and my work means something when I am at Entech. I started my career in an administrative position but have had the opportunity to explore different job functions as well as work with a mentor in order to continue learning and growing with the company. They really value their employees, they pay fairly, good benefits as well as profit sharing, they put a lot of emphasis on work/life balance, and there’s a lot of opportunity to grow.

Cons

The only con I see is not making the decision to join this amazing family sooner!
