Pros

Open communication between all employees. I never have felt like I don't have a voice. Everyone is willing to listen. Management is easy work with. Learning new things, trying new ideas, and getting new certifications is always encouraged. If you can make a business case for something, you can carve your own path.

Cons

Sometimes the plan seems a bit murky, but we always get to where we need to be. The wheels just turn slow sometimes on the way there. Otherwise, easily the best place I have ever had to pleasure to work at.

Pros

From my first day, I was treated like I worked with Entech for years. I was welcomed with open arms was treated like part of the family. Management values it's employees and is eager to get employees educated with new technologies and certified in applicable areas. Entech values the clients they support and there is a lot of mutual respect from both parties. Entech does not push gimmicky software or support solutions for a quick buck but instead works with clients and puts them on a path for success. When Covid hit, Entech took a very proactive approach and allowed remote working before many other companies and have maintained a very safe environment to work in.

Cons

There are very little real cons to working with Entech, every company has rough patches and growing pains. Entech is no different and is growing very rapidly. With rapid growth comes stress, thankfully when stressors are brought to management, they listen and do their best to adapt. Change can be a little slow but eventually trickles down the chain and is welcomed with open arms by the employees.
