Pros

You can make some money as a recruiter but you’ll be putting in crazy hours with little to no help. Depending on which office, it can be an awesome environment as far as kind of being able to do your own thing and have some fun. Loved my manager Vin Majeski, does not get the credit he deserves and gets put through the ringer constantly

Cons

Very low base pay, unlivable. The big managers and CEO is brutal (McLoud not Cecchini. Very two faced, will lie, do not care about the employees under them and they’ll continue to run it into the ground.

Pros

Working for Entegee is great because you are always working on something different. With their awesome network of clients there is a ton of potential to make good money. The team is great to work with and great trainers of sales, recruiting and retention. If you have an opportunity to work with Entegee and you were asking my advice, I would encourage you to go for it.

Cons

You do work in an office all day, on the phone working on a computer. If you need to be outside this isn't the job for you.

Pros

It’s a fun environment where management let’s you be yourself. Healthy in house competition keeps it lively in the office. I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else!

Cons

Same challenges of any job, good months are great, and down months suck. But at least there’s always the base salary and benefits.
