      Remote work. That is it.

      Cons

      Management is a joke. They set unrealistic goals. Constantly laying people off but continue to hire. Low pay with not very achievable commission goals. Cult like atmosphere. Everything is wrong with this company.

      Pros

      Training for recruiters was great — however the people responsible for that training were either laid off or left before they could be laid off.

      Cons

      Pay is extremely low compared to market. Transparency is non existent. The company wants to “elevate lives” but no one’s life is being elevated but the people at the top.

      Nice people at the lower levels of the organization.

      Cons

      CEO. He is a great story teller. But in the end you will find, they are just stories. I don't recommend betting your career on a story.
