Pros
As a company in the recruiting space, Entelo knows better than anyone that good talent is hard to find. So once you get hired here, the Entelo team will do everything they can to make sure your voice is heard and you are happy. The management team really does actually monitor happiness levels, and constantly brainstorms to figure out what else they can do to motivate and inspire.
From yoga classes and meditation, to happy hours, catered lunches, flexible vacation, team outings to volunteer, company offsites to Sonoma, free headphones, commuter benefits, and a stipend for education and a separate stipend to donate to the charity of your choice... it really doesn't get any better than this. We are so spoiled.
Cons
I can't think of many. It's a fast-growing startup, so you have to be resourceful and self-starting. You might not get all of the training you would at other larger companies.
