Pros

Extremely awesome environment. Motivated, hard-working individuals who are all easily accessible and willing to help you launch your career forward, including the CEO. The perks are incredible: catered lunches, snacks for days, and one of the most gorgeous offices I've ever worked in.

Cons

As a start up, we're growing quickly and there are constantly moving parts. The growth path and road to promotion, however, can be a little nontransparent and might take longer than expected.

Pros

Coming into work when you don't absolutely love the people you work with makes it a chore. Every person at Entelo is someone that I would like to spend time with not just at the office, but out of it as well. I am helped in training, the hierarchical structure (if you can call it that) is (almost completely) transparent. The perks are solid, and the office is beautiful. Add in a culture that supports the community, and appreciates and values work/life balance, and you have a great experience. Interview experience was long, but worth it. It's not focused solely on past experience, but on whether or not you would be able to work well with the team here.

Cons

Growing pains – there has been some confusion in the progression out of a department (ie an atypical career path). Other departments might not be as open as others.

Pros

Smart employees, amazing culture. Everyone is highly motivated and employees are equipped with all the tools (hardware/software/training) to succeed.

Cons

I can sincerely say that currently there are no cons.
