Great People, Great Management and Great Opportunity

Pros

The company is highly invested in developing and maintaining a solid,scaleable core values and a great team. The belief in supporting growth, continued education and personal/professional development of it's team is shared and implemented from the mgn't down. There is a huge emphasis in supporting diversity of ideas and having a collaborative work environment.

Cons

There lot of the standard startup growing pains that are to be expected, but as we start to grow and fill in positions these are becoming more and more of a non-issue. There are not always enough hours in the day to get expected work assignments done, despite the company's position of striving to keep a fair work/life balance.

Many opportunities for professional growth

Pros

There continues to be open dialogue with executive management regarding my professional goals and where I would like to grow my career. I am given the opportunity to provide input on the type of projects and responsibilities I would like to take on. Also, as an added bonus, every employee receives an allowance to use towards professional development!

Cons

To be expected at a start-up, sometimes responsibilities can be broad. With that being said, at times, this can provide opportunities to gain experience in areas that you may not otherwise be able to in a more traditional roles.

Pros

Friendly and professional vibe. Meaningful work--people at Entelo actually care about HR, odd as that may sound.

Cons

It's a startup--something things fall between the cracks, there's some chaos due to growth. People socialize and go out together sometimes, but there's a broader range of ages than you see at some startups--if you're looking for a crazy bro-tastic frat startup, this ain't it.
