Pros

Wonderful company culture. This is the best employer I have ever worked for. Executives are accessible and they follow through with their vision and mission. Employees feel valued and few leave. Those that leave often return.

Cons

The company has grown quickly so sometimes there is confusion but it is rare.

They highly value continuous improvement and like to hire from within. There are plenty of learning opportunities provided to employees. They have an active DEI council with many BRGs. They recently established wellness committee that provides resources for their employees.

Cons

Compensation has improved over past few years; however, it does not adequately reflect the workload and market value.
