Pros
MT program teaches you the fundamentals to running your own business. marketing, building relationships, running the front end of the business with customer service and sales and dissecting the statement and controlling costs. The training and development/mentorship you receive from upper management is some of the best I have received in my opinion, I felt truly welcomed when I initially onboarded but the higher you climb the ranks the less support you will receive. Due to the company being a strong customer service culture you learn to work under pressure and deliver excellent customer service in a fast paced environment. Networking! you get tons of exposure to corporate renters and accounts. lots of opportunity to move up due to people constantly leaving, pretty stagnant once branch manager level is reached.
Cons
expect to get late lunches or not even any at all due to short staff. people get burnt out here quickly because its a 6 day operation Mon-Fri + saturdays.no work life balance. 1 star because the company use to be a fun place to work and really took care of their employees but when covid hit, mass layoff of many tenured employees, the company really lost its culture and showed its true colors of being a profit over people culture.
