      Communication & Professionalism is way too poor

      Pros

      Well what I enjoyed while being employed there is the option to work from home sometimes.

      Cons

      There's ALWAYS a mix up with the method and content of communication there. So many people "in charge" lack simple attributes of professionalism and proper communication it's sickening. I've tried to remain patient and professional in regard to me waiting for correspondence In regard to a very important matter. Losing patience very quickly. People who should know answers to questions are just a lost as the person asking.

      There are no pros with this company! Not one good thing to say about them and their abuse to their employees!!

      Cons

      This is a great company to work for if you're into being discriminated against and being treated poorly! They work you like a new age slave only to throw you out to the trash as if you mean nothing to them. I've never worked for a company where you're forced to falsify information and place bandages on existing issues!!! If you don't adjust your ethics to their fraudulent activities management will band against you! The managers are more unprofessional than the employees are!!! This company doesn't give a care in the world about their employees or the borrowers!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! If this place were to burn down with management trapped in it, I guarantee you it would be a celebration by the employees!!!!

      Great Company to Grow With

      Pros

      ERS focuses on training and coaching their employees. This is a great company to work for if you are looking to start off your career on the right foot. I have recently worked very closely with the CEO and have learned a lot in a small amount of time. There are great mentors if you look in the right office.

      Cons

      Not too much to complain about other than disrespectful employees, at times.
