      Great place to earn commission and to work in a team atmosphere.

      Pros

      Company is driven on employee success. The more money you bring in for your clients the higher commission you will receive.

      Cons

      Can be very difficult at times. Slow days are matched with fast paced days. Need to have the will power and drive to be self driven to seek success.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity at all levels. Management cares about their people. Incentives are tied to company performance. The company is moving to a fresh new building. Flex schedule for most.

      Cons

      The current building is old. not enough parking. The benefits are not very good. So many smokers. Can be stressful sometimes.
