      This job had its up and downs. Management was disorganized, except one supervisor that was hired from another company. Very fast pace,

      Lay offs, daily changes in procedures. It's best to keep to yourself. Some dept like to keep up chaos. A lot of who you know for advancement goes on

      Pros

      The people are very pleasant to work with for the most part. The scheduling flexibility makes the atmosphere bearable.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't offer clear direction of expectations. There is a fundamental disrespect of the non-management employees by upper management. Glass ceiling if you are hard worker. Poor compensation for diligent employees.
