      Pros

      Working for Enterprise Recovery System ( ERS), was an exciting and challenging experience. Excellent functioning atmosphere, sure standard 40 hours, and a competitive compensation package. With an achievable bonus structure, you could manage a enjoyable working lifestyle.

      Cons

      No downsides for this individual. There' always trying days, whether in the office or wherever your day leads you. You took an offered opportunity to perform a task, in which assumed you are skilled. For all the benefits, expecting good. Just do it!

      Pros

      Flex time but you have to make it up by end of week.

      Cons

      Management. Low morale. Constant change without communication and they still want to hold employee accountable. Management has NO accountability. Horrible work environment.

      If you're money-hungry and willing to work hard you can make a lot of money on commission.

      Cons

      Too much money was spent on facilities. Give me a phone and a desk and keep the rest for my commision
