Pros

Provides employees free HMO health insurance Lots of chaos and lots of opportunities

Cons

Insane politics prevents projects getting done Huge management team size, which is a major cause of the insane politics Really old technology and very conservative culture to adopt anything new The company provides payroll service but does not invest on their payroll systems

Pros

Casual environment. Laidback. Has largest market share in Entertainment payroll industry.

Cons

Outdated technologies. Too hierarchical . "I am a Manager and who are you culture". No Transparency. Layoffs. No growth. CEO does not have a clue of running company. No young and fresh talent and therefore there is no inflow of innovative ideas.
