However, these were already very generous so likely this is a case of bottoming out to meet just market level bonuses as opposed to generous.

Management is more concerned about boosting the company's share value price than it is to respect and reward its employees. Only dept worth working for in this company is the Payroll and Corporate Enterprise(PACE); avoid at all costs working for the Products or the Residuals depts! Horrible management and high-stress! Also as a caveat, most people working on the latest production accounting software are outsourced overseas -- do you really want your sensitive payroll information to be seen by foreigners???
