Pros

Challenging environment. If you enjoy hard work with little reward this is the place for you. At least you wont get fired if you are incompetent.

Cons

Strategic governance is absolutely missing in most areas. Horribly inefficient workflows and complete lack of coordination across deeply imbedded silos.

Pros

Employee stock ownership keeps everyone motivated. Management appreciates the importance of good work / life balance. The company generally seeks to promote from within the organization.

Cons

Parking is impossible, but that's a small price to pay to work at such an amazing company. Company does not match employee contributions to retirement accounts.
