Pros

Probably the best people I have ever met. It's also a 100% ESOP so the employees own the company. CEO, Mark Goldstein is a superstar.

Cons

Nothing really. I left because my career passion is in a different field.

Pros

Employee owned means everyone is very enthusiastic to overachieve, drive the sucess of the business

Cons

Worst management - entire skill set is "do it or you need to quit", "do i need to fire you?", "you don't seem to want your job". No concept of coaching, managing by example, leadership is ever used.
