Business Outlook
Pros
Company is transparent about what is going in the company and are making efforts to make it more inclusive. Everyone I have worked with have been friendly and helpful. There are company wide events sometimes that provide free food and beverages. Management tries to help analysts grow in their residual career. Benefits are pretty standard.
Cons
Pay can be better. Don't feel a lot of growth potential within the company. Still uses some archaic systems but they are moving to become more digital.
