Pros

None It used to be a good company. Mark is a nice person.

Cons

Extensive outsourcing with a strong bias toward offshore teams. Onsite roles have been steadily reduced. Layoffs and promotions often appear driven by favoritism rather than merit, with certain groups protecting their own by moving them across teams. Overall, the workplace culture is highly political.
