      If you're working support or any position on the phones your breaks and lunch is scheduled. You are docked on keeping a client on hold for longer than 2 minutes, if you clock in more than 2 mins late coming back from breaks or starting your shift, Lots of callouts leaving team short handed because of Major Burnout and getting back to back calls. The phones auto answer for you within a second so don't even try to sneak a snack in if you get hungry outside of your break times, No work perks and MUST go to the office twice a week, and not understanding at all if personal matters pop-up.

      My team are hardworking, smart, and respectful and I appreciate the opportunity to contribute to the project I am on that gives back to the entertainment community (especially at a challenging time in the market.)
