      Riddled with red flags - working parents beware

      - used to be a great group of people to work with - interesting industry and clients

      Cons

      - low salaries and poor benefits - red flags with working parents (many who returned from from parental leave made redundant and poorly treated when pregnant) - leadership talks a lot but little action - operating without clear business objectives and plans = set up to fail

      Pros

      I had a very positive experience working at EP. There wasn’t one person in my department who wasn’t nice and would help out if asked. I loved my managers and always felt I could put in input if I desired.

      Cons

      The pay was a little below, the worth, however, the environment was such that it was worth staying for the family feel.

      Pros

      Remote working but mainly offered due to downsizing and there not being enough desks.

      Cons

      The strategy changes every few days, goal posts moving every 5 minutes is an understatement. Failing business model after burning their reputation in the UK industry with poor service / products. Constant redundancies, hardly anyone left in the UK now. Bonuses regularly cancelled - merry go round of poor decision making from US leadership.
