Coworkers did their best to support each other.

Cons

The job meant exhausting shifts, nonstop heavy lifting, and chaotic schedules with no structure. Pay was insulting compared to the physical toll, and any sense of pride in hospitality was erased by the constant feeling of being treated as replaceable. Burnout was inevitable because no one cared about the people carrying the workload.

I get work with a lot of talented and passionate people over here.

Cons

Leadership expects employees to innovate and be creative, but keeps micromanaging everyone. They look over your shoulder 24/7, nitpick every single detail, tell you exactly what you should be doing, etc. The conflicting demands keep you frustrated and burnt out.
