The experience can help you get your foot in the door in the events industry.

Cons

This company is extremely disorganized. Supervisors can be very abusive with what they need from you and they don't have the bandwidth to properly support their teams. The pressure is insane, the owners will do anything for a buck on the backs of the young. There is absolutely NO work/life balance, but the pay is not great. I would stay away if you value your time and yourself.

Nice venue. Food is diverse and is pretty good.

Cons

The management are power crazy. From bullying to micromanaging, overworking their employees and treating them like wayward children. I have never been in such a toxic environment where I felt so disrespected. Would not recommend to anyone to work at EEG.

Stay away from Entourage Events Group and its terrible leadership. This isn't the right way to run a company. The leadership here dumps a bunch of tasks and workload on the employees without considering our current workloads and schedules. Our managers don't care about us as long as we do whatever they tell us to do.
