The management is the exact opposite of the staff members. The managers are all very unprofessional. They are extremely condescending toward staff members, and they often humiliate us by insulting and scolding us in from of other people. Moreover, they are inexperienced in the industry because they are inefficient when it comes to delegating tasks and creating a schedule.
