I loved collaborating with other people especially the brides.

Cons

It's barely enough to keep you in the cheap champagne you secretly chug to cope with the pressure. The promised commission structure feels like a cruel joke when half the weddings go over budget, leaving you scrambling to meet unrealistic quotas that seem designed to leave you perpetually frustrated.

Event supervisor's attitude is awful, she treats us like we don't have the right to feel stressed in a fast paced and exhausting work environment! Our health's always compromised by the management, we don't even get sponsored health insurance.

Some of the training programs offered by this company were alright. They helped me enhance my professional knowledge at times.

Cons

My biggest concern about this job and this company were the brutal hours. The management didn't see how it impacted our physical and mental health. The leadership was too arrogant to realize that there were fewer employees than needed, creating awful pressure. I wish they had the sense to realize their poor attitude and behavior toward employees. Things could have been far different then.
