      What's not to love! The company always keeps its employees engaged and current on property management. It's a fun place to work that always challenges you creatively and professionally.

      Cons

      The pay could be a little more competitive to the surrounding tech companies.

      Freedom to try and implement new processes to gain experience. Start up culture, your efforts are noticed and can make a difference

      Pros

      Entrata doesn't seem to be going anywhere. The fire very few people, and the management team in my department was stellar

      Cons

      Inter department relationships are poor, especially in implementation. CEO favors development and has no interest in other teams. Too much money is spent on being flashy. Or as they call it - being the Joneses. Would have been nice to have some of that money make it into employee pockets instead of vendors and lame activities.
