      Pros

      A lot of opportunities to learn, great people to work with, easy to see metrics on how I was accomplishing my work. I loved how much I was able to accomplish and see what worked and didn't work. I loved knowing my work made a difference. Would definitely work there again - one of my favorite jobs I ever had! I got to work with every single department in the company and found people I loved working with in every single one of them. My favorite department from the developer department! Fantastic group of people.

      Cons

      Ran into a few sexist coworkers - but unfortunately that's common in any Utah workplace. Some coworkers were super lazy and consistently got away with it...made my job harder at times. Towards the end of my career there - they were finally getting cut...but I know some of the lazy ones still work there. There are ways to work around them, but if I had a con...that would def be it.

      Great Environment, Boring work

      Pros

      Helpful managers Fun environment I was mostly doing outgoing emails and calls to potential leasers, but they were all to people who had said they were looking for housing, so they were rarely rude The point system to make sure you are productive is very reasonable

      Cons

      The work was sinfully boring. Doing the emails involved copy and pasting and adding numbers, and was the type of work a machine will probably take over. Few people ever picked up when I called, so I left a bunch of voicemails. I like using my brain, so this is not the type of work I want long-term.
