Pros

There use to be a great list here of all of the pro's but honestly over the last 2 years they have all been destroyed - its been interesting to watch the company be completely dismantled and changed to Podium

Cons

- Culture was obliterated and non-existant now - Customer Focus no longer a priority - CEO Absent and focused on his external image - Executive team seems disjointed and not aligned - All employee focus/incentive removed or taken away - Return to office has been a disaster - also where are the execs if it its so important

Pros

It use to be a good company but once they changed their values it went down hill fast. About the only good thing was you work from home so you save on gas and you can work in your jammies

Cons

Everything. When they decided to increase the starting wage they fired their top agents because they don't want to increase their pay. You never know what your schedule will be cause it changes every 3 months and you better kiss butt if you want to get enough hours to even keep insurance if you were lucky enough to get it in the first place. The higher ups will lie to your face and say how they value you and that you are important to them but then fire you when you are a top agent with outstanding stats that are higher than they expect. They hire people into management that should not be there because they are not capped out on pay as an agent cause if you are capped you are "over qualified" only because they can't cut your pay to take a "promotion". If you are really in need of a job you are better off flipping burgers where you will make more money. For the amount the company pays it is not worth all the crap you have to put up with from the callers let alone from the "management of this company."

Pros

There are no pros to name. This place pays 11$ per hour. That does not work in 2022. They say you can take "certifications" to get up to $13 but really? Gross. No upward movement, not a career, job remains stagnant.

Cons

In January of 2022, the ceo literally sent gov officials insane emails about anti vax conspiracy theories, was antisemitic, and overall unhinged. Was made to step down. Other cons include: Low pay, does not keep up with modern day costs. ($11 p/h to start no negotiation) 60 seconds between call times. Absolutely no help. Angry customers call looking to speak to someone who can actually do something because all the properties are run by slum management companies who can't be bothered to have people in the main office. You can't really help the customers. High deductible insurance plan. Insane turnover because everyone is leaving for jobs that pay a living wage. Management hides the pay in ads, I didn't find out pay until well into the interview process. They will literally hire anyone off the street. Their time off system is ridiculous. If you need half an hour off, you have to work quadruple the time to make it up. Place is run by incompetent nobodies with huge egos and power trips. Micromanagement is insane. Seriously, please don't work here. Literally any other call center job will pay you more, don't waste your time here for pennies.
