Very Positive Experience in Consulting/Implementation Team

Entrata is the type of place that values cultural fit above all else in its employees; therefore, you truly get to work with some of the best people in the area. I can confidently say that I work on a team full of competent if not brilliant people which really serves to elevate my professional development on the whole. I can also express that the pay is competitive for this position and I have no issues with compensation from a salary perspective. One of the things that I love about the consulting team is that management has allowed the team some influence on strategic direction. We are given opportunities to take ownership of projects and influence the direction of the process and tools we use in our everyday job. If you're looking for a place to make an impact, the implementation consulting team is a team for you.
Cons
Coming from the Oil & Gas industry, the smaller 401K match was an adjustment, but that just comes with the territory. Really the only issue I have with the benefits at Entrata.
