Pros

This category is, deservingly, completely empty. There is no single reason to work here over any other call center. Don't do it. You're better off working at Convergys, Teleperformance, or literally ANYWHERE else. I hear the Lehi office is nice though. You don't have to deal with any of the following real-life problems.

Cons

I worked from home at the time. This turned out to be a huge mistake. Being out of the office made it so I missed the social aspect of the job and the free kitchen (which was empty on Tuesday and restocked only on Monday the next week). The job as a leasing agent (nothing more than a glorified call center position) had me handling customer insults, maintenance, sales, and other resident calls and then filing a report that would sit in the property management's inbox for an undetermined length of time and remain unopened. Almost every call was a resident calling to yell at the property management. We were not equipped with enough information about the apartments to give the residents answers and, as a resident, when you're told enough times that your urgent phone calls are being redirected to a call center, you just give up on your landlord. But there are 50 minutes of break time (with an extremely strict attendance policy! Don't be one minute late!) per day (30 mins unpaid for lunch, of course). And they tell you you can use the break time however you want and then give you stipulations about how you can use the break time. The actual work is hellish enough without the painful bureaucracy you have to work under. 8 hours a day of non-stop calls. As soon as you file your call notes, another call is already coming in, and if you skip the call, you will be fired after just a couple (that's from the trainers, I never knew if it happened or not). Upward mobility is time-gated, so good luck lasting long enough to survive. And it is impossible (this was told me by the trainers and management) to receive a perfect score from Quality Assurance. (So if you want to excel in your job, this isn't the place for you!) And yet, if you score under 75% four times in a certain amount of time (I forget), it's an automatic dismissal. Working at Entrata's leasing center is like playing Russian roulette with your career. Shady, shady stuff.

Pros

Costco snacks, the people, fun, games. Challenging work. Like like like the people. Lots of geeks that are fun to play board games with.

Cons

Fattening snacks. Political problems in office. Lack of leadership and direction.
