      Product is awesome and most people are very easy to work with

      New CRO is basically a dictator and make it very hard to work internally.

      No pros to working with Hanover.

      Cons

      Pay and bonus program - You get paid $24 with having to deal with so much and with no support. Also your bonuses are constantly being nickle and dimed so you never get a full bonus. Oh and you only get it every quarter, not like other companies where you receive your bonus monthly. DO NOT WORK HERE!
