      Not a terrible place to work but there is slow (if any) career progression.

      Pros

      Great coworkers and team members. Different teams within Entrata work well together. Great, evolving product with a lot of potential.

      Cons

      1. Somewhat political environment 2. Management seems to be inexperienced with several Directors, VPs without any real experience outside Entrata leading to poor leadership experience and not much credibility in their own departments. Most departments heads ignore employees quitting but there are serious problems within the company that need to be addressed from the top to the bottom.

      Residents are very nice and welcoming.

      Smaller company but they all pretendt the other doesnt know whats going on and lie a lot to employees.

      Good employees. Fun parties and company gear. Free gym membership and nice company culture.

      Cons

      Upper management very separate from the people in the trenches. Impersonal. Little or no opportunity for rewards or advancements.
