      Free food, good co-workers.

      Cons

      upper management is horrible, The workload, schedules and culture are Dickensian, the attendance policies are rigid attendance policies, the QA/ workforce analysts are condescending and arrogant, and finally-metrics are a joke. Agents are judgetd on how adept, they are at salesmanship. When I was hired on, I thought that this job was helping and serving the customer. Now, I realize that it is about hawking our client's wares, and slaving for the faceless client, the CEO, and management! If anyone who reads this is thinking of coming on board the good ship Entrata-Please think twice. Stay away from this wretched place!

      Pros

      Tried to make it a fun atmosphere. Promoted healthy living among employees. Onsite gym. Works well to ensure employees are trained well on how to do their job.

      Cons

      Worst benefits of anywhere I have ever been employed. Cross-departmental communication is non-existent. Software is hard to learn. Leaders lack leadership skills.

      Pros

      The culture and the people set Property Solutions apart from any other company I've worked for. Management really listens to my needs and ideas, and I have the autonomy to bring about improvements/changes within the company. Every morning I'm excited to go to work. Upper management also has great strategic vision, which is refreshing. I also feel that my skills, abilities, and contributions are noticed and valued at Property Solutions.

      Cons

      A fast-paced software environment is really a two-edged sword. The benefits definitely outweigh the negatives, but there is some pain with releasing software on a weekly basis.
