Pros

The people I work with are the best type of coworkers you can have. It is a team environment where you can learn from each other, and have a good working relationship with your coworkers. I came from another software implementation company and am impressed with the time Entrata devotes to training and ramp up of new employees. As others have said, it is a very unique company culture that likes to have fun. Work is never dull, you will learn something new every day. Managers do a good job to balance your time with clients to try and keep you from becoming overwhelmed or burned out.

Cons

It can be difficult to communicate with other departments. Our teams are mostly specialized, because of this there is some knowledge gap when you are working with other departments. Also, the software is always changing, and you must be keeping up with the releases or you will fall behind and give bad information to clients.

Pros

You are able to work at home and it comes with benifits after 30 days for anyone working over 20 hours

Cons

They expect you to not fail a call. They are always changing how they grade a call but don't make sure it's clear to everyone and that everyone knows about it. Also if you fail 4 calls they fire you. They also say that by sending in a clean slate and winning it that you will be able to erase a failed call but you can't and that failed call is still there. They also like to get rid of a lot of people when it's time for a raise. Also if you can't work a day and can't get it covered you get in trouble even if you let them know why you missed work.

Pros

Ability to work from home is a great option and the equipment is provided. Health benefit are also an option.

Cons

Health benefits are way too expensive for not great coverage. The management talks down to you if you need their help. They push you to be fake and mark you down if you can't be bubbly and fake like they think you should be, even if you are actually still getting the job done. They have a retention bonus but if you change your schedule you lose half of it even if you have no way to avoid it. You earn rewards you can't use and they have so much FINE PRINT to their programs that is not accessible to the people that actually use the programs. You dont have a lot of information for the calls you get and asking the caller if they would like to a call back from the leasing office is a failed call. Its really like being stuck between a rock and a hard place. You dont move up unless you are in their in crowd. They say you get opportunities to make more money but those opportunities are taken from you right before the deadline.
