Pros

Thumbs up for the verification, presales and aftersales teams!

Cons

Weird to work in a place where you hear the support teams more on the phone than the sales teams even though the sales team is 3 times bigger. If you go to an interview for a sales position find out more about your sales region. If it’s a greenfield territory that they want you to build up from scratch, then runaway. Whatever they promise you in terms of supporting you with lead generation, marketing support, channel, demand generation, management support etc. it is not true. From BDRs who not make more than 5 calls a day, to management who don’t know how to manage this, to marketing who tells you there is zero budget for your region, to no channel. Then comes the unrealistic growth and quota that you need to achieve on your own doing 100%cold prospecting. Unless you are a relative or friend of management or come into a mature sales region like the U.K. or South Europe, then don’t bother joining these amateurs.

Pros

Newer facility. Onsite Cafeteria. Some teams are offered summer hours. 401k match. Some interesting and unique products.

Cons

Unbelievable employee turnover at all levels in the marketing and product management team over the past few years. High workload. Study this place very carefully if you are considering joining them.

Pros

Half day fridays during summer

Cons

Marketing department is an absolute dumpster fire, no work life balance, ridiculous turn arounds, absurdly high turnover, (people with talent leave for better jobs), no role clarity, people in positions lacking basic expertise in their own jobs, complete mayhem and no organization on jobs, no structure to find assets, no strategy, partnerships with extremely subpar vendors, no budget to do original photography for creative resources, fuzzy imagery and shaky footage shot by cell phones used in final work product and absolutely no respect for creatives. C-levels have actually said “quality does not matter”. If you are a creative that cares AT ALL about quality, this is NOT the place for you.
