EDC doesn’t Care! Senior Management don’t practice what they preach It’s highly political and judgmental You don’t get recognised for your hard work Any initiative shown either gets shot down, or stolen and given to someone else to manage

Very good working environment, very friendly people, opportunities to learn new technologies. Great managers, team leads and peers help you grow. Great job security makes you feel more secure and very productive.

Cons

The goal set are not specific which will make tough to know if you achieved or challenge yourself. The goal needs to be less generic and more specific for developers.
