Pros
Mid management's angst with upper management created lots of opportunity for unscheduled breaks “aka vent sprees” this also helped up bond with our superiors by seeing them as “human.”
Cons
As entertaining as HR was they were more importantly very offensive. As fun as drag shows can be, they certainly should not be what one thinks about when Pride comes to mind. Talk about promoting ignorance! But the cocktail mixing classes with the fun pride themed drinks were fun if in no other way but to wonder how Legal said yes.
