Business Outlook

Pros

The company offers some flexibility in terms of work-life balance. There are a few hardworking individuals, but unfortunately, they get overshadowed by poor management.

Cons

Management is a disaster. I’ve spent 8 years with the company, but the way management handles situations and treats employees is appalling. They seem completely disconnected from the day-to-day operations and are more focused on internal politics than supporting their teams. Unfair redundancy. After years of hard work, I was made redundant with little regard for my loyalty or contributions. It felt like they were cutting costs without any real consideration for the people who helped build the company. Customer Success Team is essentially useless. They have no clear quota or targets and seem to get away with minimal impact, while other teams are constantly under pressure. The lack of accountability and performance metrics is frustrating for everyone involved. There’s no transparency when it comes to layoffs or redundancies – decisions are made quickly and without adequate explanation, leaving you feeling undervalued and unimportant.
