Pros

An Engineering / Technology dream place. Plenty of challenges and technologies to learn. Excellent cross-functional teams - employees are skilled. Great place for long term employment. I have had many growth opportunities and several promotions in my career at Entrust Datacard.

Cons

It is hard to come up with a Con...there are some times when a professional positions will need to work longer hours. Pretty typical in today's work place. If you work hard here, you get rewarded. I can't remember the last time I did not receive an annual bonus.

Pros

Nice campus (cafeteria, workout area, ping pong tables) and some good coworkers. Work with newer technologies and very security focused.

Cons

Management is causing a lot of turnover and frustration to those that stay. HR would rather hire new employees than deal with the problem. Too much work and too few resources. Pay is below market average and training isn't offered to many employees
