HR does not have the wherewithal to help employees being harassed by other employees. The CEO lacks direction and his subordinates are sycophants who don't know how to say no to bad ideas. Keeps throwing products at walls to see what sticks instead of listening to their customer base, therefore reducing profitability.

I witnessed a person that was a contractor get promoted to a supervisor over everybody else that were full time, and 10 plus years of experience? 3. This is factory work, simple.
