      Pros

      Good corporate culture, healthy work/life balance, company has good ethos. Some departments are really good at hiring contractors in peak times so layoffs aren't necessary.

      Cons

      I'm not a fan of driving out to Shakopee, but I get used to it.

      Pros

      I didn't work in corporate building but as a traveling technician. I loved the people I worked with, They were all smart, kind and would go out of their way to help you in any way they can. Management for us was great!

      Cons

      Too many people get laid off in this company. You always have to worry if you're next
