Pros

Good working environment and facility as well as a strong benefits package. Health care and 401k match are noteworthy. Generally competitive salary structure.

Cons

Entrust Datacard has not completely figured out how to completely integrate the two entities - Entrust and Datacard. Still significant uncertainty regarding how the company will look.

Pros

Used to follow a 5 year plan instead of "public corporate company" quarterly results. Used to value the individual instead of compartmentalizing the worker.

Cons

Looking at results in terms of "corporate quarterly results", instead of a 5 year plan as a private company. They are starting to compartmentalize the worker, instead of seeing the valuable individual.
