      Great customer base and excellent frontline employees.

      Cons

      Former NCR management has taken over sales and service. They brought their horrible culture with them and have built a team where only former NCR managers are the shot callers. 4 levels of NCR management cover up unethical practices on a daily basis.

      Shifting to cloud is leading to new career growth opportunities. Ability to work from home 3 days a week.

      Left hand never speaks to right hand. For example, InfoSec doesn’t speak to dev, and this leads to many impediments which prevent developers from getting their work done.
